Operates console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing, inter-office calls.   The operator is responsible for monitoring fire alarm panel and other monitoring functions.  The PBX operator performs duties of hospital receptionist.

Educational Requirements:

• High School Graduate

Experience Requirements:

• Prefer previous experience w/ PBX phone system
• Customer service experience

Special Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Able to provide service to public and hospital staff in professional and courteous manner.
• Excellent hand dexterity and motor skills
