General Function: All criteria evaluated reflect the quality and quantity of the nursing process of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluation for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Maintains valid R.N. Louisiana licensee or temporary permit
• BLS within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire.

Experience Requirements:  One year of Emergency Department nursing, preferred
